The Storehouse opens its doors to our customers at 8:45 am, Tuesday through Saturday, and the doors remain open until 11:00 am. (It is highly recommended that our customers arrive early. A line forms outside of our door.) We are closed for cleaning on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, and are always closed Sunday and Monday.

In 2012 we are closed on the following holidays:

4/6/12 - Good Friday

4/7/12 - Saturday before Easter

5/26/12  - Saturday before Memorial Day

7/4/12 -Wednesday, Independence Day

9/1/12 - Saturday before Labor Day

11/12/12 - Saturday before Veterans' Day

11/22/12  through 11/24/12 - Thanksgiving,

and the Friday & Saturday after Thanksgiving

12/21/12 & 12/22/12 - Friday & Saturday before Christmas

12/25/12 - Tuesday, Christmas Day

12/26/12 - Wednesday after Christmas

1/1/13 - Tuesday, New Year's Day

Emergency closings will be posted on the door.

We issue a number to each customer waiting in line, and customers are called and served in numerical order.

All customers must register annually with The Storehouse. Returning customers are not required to re-register in the same year. To register, individuals and their partners must each have their own valid NM ID or Driver's License. A birth certificate, baptismal certificate or school enrollment form must be presented on the first visit for any minor children. Once a dependent (get help, cont.)  child turns 18, they will need their own NM ID or Driver's License.

Medicaid and Social Security cards are not accepted as ID at The Storehouse.

This information is kept in our records to count individuals served, and count quantities of food.

Home-bound Services

We provide food boxes to our customers who cannot leave their homes. Certification of Home-bound status is required (provided by physicians, home health care professionals, churches or other agencies recognized by The Storehouse. Home-bound customers must arrange for their own volunteers to pick up their food at a scheduled time. We do not deliver food.
