The City of Albuquerque, PetCO Foundation & The Storehouse

The City of Albuquerque, The PetCo Foundation & The Storehouse have teamed up to help provide some relief to New Mexico's pets and their owners.

On October 7th, 2008, Mayor Martin J. Chávez announced a food bank for pets that will help low-income owners of dogs and cats in Albuquerque. This has been made possible by the combined efforts of Albuquerque Mayor, Martin Chávez, The PETCO Foundation, The Storehouse of Albuquerque and the city's Animal Welfare Department.
